Ordering and Payment

How do I place my order?

Simply choose the product, color and upload your photo. Then click on the “ADD TO CART” button and follow the steps to complete your order.

What is your change/cancellation policy?

We will be happy to help you change your color, size, picture, or cancel/refund the order - just fill in the Contact Form below as soon as possible with your order number, email address, and your desired changes. Changes/cancellations to orders will only be accepted before an order is put into production.
For Made-to-Order Personalized Products, we may not be able to cancel or change your order once your items have been put into production. This would mean that the designing and shaping has started. To cancel or change it, would mean a charge of $9 customization fee per item, because the item is made to order and can no longer be sold as new.
If you need to change your shipping address, we can help right up until the order is shipped. Please send us a message below with the current shipping address on file and the address that you would like to change it to.

What type of payments do you accept?

We issue safe payments through Stripe.

Do you sell internationally?

Yes, we gladly accept orders from all over the world. Our production time will be the same however delivery times vary depending on where the order is going.
Our products are priced in USD. Once you complete your transaction, it will charge your card in your respective currency.

How do I track my order?

Where is my tracking code?

You can track your parcel by following these simple steps:
1. Find the shipping confirmation email we sent you titled ‘A shipment from order #### is on the way’
2. Click on the blue button that says ‘View your order’
3. Copy the blue code underneath where it says ‘Other tracking numbe’ then click the blue code to be taken to our ‘Track Order + Shipping Info page’
4. Scroll down to where it says‘How do I track my order?’ and click the link that corresponds to you
5. Paste the code into the box and click ‘Track Your Delivery’

Shipping Questions

How long does it take to receive my product?

Orders are shipped on business days only (Monday-Friday, excluding National holidays).
For in-stock items, depending on the shipping method you select, your order should be processed and ship within 3 - 7 working days after order verification and credit approval.
To USA via USPS: 10-12days
To BR • MX • BE • DK • AT • CZ• GR • AR • PE • CL • ZA via China Post: 15-35days
To AU • UK • FR • IT • DE •ES • NL • CH •SE • JP • NZ • RU •UA • IL • NO • TR • HU • PL • LU •FI • IE • PT • KR • SG • MY • HK •SA via China Post: 10-15 days

Can I change the destination country on my order?

After placing your order, you may not change your shipping from domestic to international and vice versa.

How much your shipping charge?

If you spend below $20 our shipping charge is only $1.8.
If you spend over $20 our shipping charge is FREE.

Do you ship internationally?

We provide delivery service more than 30 countries, e.g. US, CA, AU and UK etc. All destination can be found upon checkout. If you are not sure whether we could ship to your country, please scroll down and Contact us! Our team will be in touch.
